I would highly recoomend this page. No one ever asked for my name, because everyone seemed to know it from the day I started. If you're OTR, Kennworth T680s with the premium Dimond VIT interiors are on a 4 year replacement cycle, manual and automatics, the choice is yours if either is available. Regional/local flats are final mile refer trucks are only a couple years old. Mico management doesn't exist, unless you give them a good reason, I am sure. Many companies claim to have an open door policy, but the actually truly do have an open door policy. They do their best to be as accommodating as reasonably possible. Other places might pay a little more and offer substantial bonuses, but the work environment is so good here that I am afrad to leave and regret it because I've already done that once and I came back asking for my job a week later.

I worked here for a combined almost 7 years. Good lanes, superb equipment, superb maintenance on that equipment. If I ever find myself need work I wouldn't hesitate to call Floyd or Matt.

Absolutely a great company and as stated fantastic equipment that are maintained better then any company I've worked for so far by having good staff and enough staff. As well as good management and dispatch. Been an absolute privilege to be able to trust the equipment to maintain the miles. Big difference from previous companies that promised the same yet found yourself broken down. With exception to codes that even new trucks will throw at no fault of driver or company.

Way better than big companies. I left and found out the grass wasn't greener it was just fake grass. Best company to work with for. Must be able to come to Yakima, Wa.
